VIP Program is a SCAM and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

The VIP program is a SCAM and they just want your money. I was lied to about reimbursing my shipping costs when they were the ones who did NOT include a shipping label which they promised they would. The total cost was $120.65, which I never would have paid if they told me they WOULD NOT reimburse. However, I have it in writing that THEY WOULD. But they refuse to honor this since I cancelled the VIP program.
